Practice or just demo?

Hello. There is no mention if this is recommended for practice against other escrima sticks or more for demo? Has anyone had experience using this for practice? I ask because purchase some from another website that said they were for practice but they literally lasted less than one practice before one broke.

Hi J.D. These can tolerate some contact practice as they are made of white oak. The ones that can really tolerate months and years of hard contact though are slightly flexible, like rattan or bamboo.
